The Role: As an SEN Support Staff member, you’ll work closely with students with a variety of special educational needs within the school’s SEN unit, helping them engage with lessons, develop academically, and manage any challenges they face. You’ll be part of a supportive team, working alongside teachers and other support staff to ensure each student’s needs are met and they can thrive.
