Day to day duties will consist of:Manage business and residential accounts;Liaise with businesses and residents;Undertake housekeeping reports and exercises;Undertake debt chasing and control recovery;Timely and accurate action of client requests;To support operational service delivery to clients;Comply with corporate HR and Health & Safety policies and procedures;Support\mentor colleagues with their development;Your ProfileYou will ideally have previous administration experience within a Council or Housing Association setting where you are used to dealing with customers and work to provide amicable solutions to debt.
