Your newpany You will be working for a global investment bank based in London. Thepany operates across 35panies and they offer a range of banking products and services. They are looking to bring on an interim Regulatory Reporting Accountant on a 6-month contract to support during a busy period.Your new role The candidate will help with the preparation and submission of the regulatory returns for the broker dealers in the UK and France, ensure that the control framework is maintained, and assist on various initiatives such regulatory capital impact assessment on proposed new business and trade initiatives, build on our data analytics capability using PowerBI, and technical rule analysis. What you'll need to succeed • Experience preparing regulatory returns for a financial services organization, ideally epassing prudential UK/European capital & liquidity returns, as well as financial/statistical reporting) output. • Experience in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Financial Reporting, Accounting Reporting, Risk Reporting, or equivalent demonstrated through one or abination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education. • Strong knowledge of regulatory rules and instructions including (but not limited to) CRR2, MIFIDPRU, IFR/IFD, BoE statistical returns.What you'll get in return You will be working in a well established team with great tenure and experience to learn from. You will be able to develop, particularly around your Power BI skills.
