Finance Manager – Retail Interiors | High Wbe | Up to £65,000 + BonusAn established and privately owned retail interiors dealership based in High Wbe is seeking amercially minded Finance Manager to take ownership of its finance function across two entities.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growingpany where finance is seen as a strategic partner to the business.The RoleThis is a broad and hands-on finance role with full responsibility for financial operations, reporting, and strategic input. Key duties include:Leading monthly variance analysis and review meetings with stakeholders.Ensuringpliance with VAT, corporation tax, and other regulatory requirements.Liaising with external advisors and auditors.Improving financial reporting systems and processes.Preparing finance packs for Board meetings and supporting new business proposals.Managing cost centres and cross-charges across twopanies.Overseeing monthly management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations.Managing purchase ledger, supplier payments, sales ledger, and debtor control.Introducing forecasting and budgeting processes.Running month-end processes and maintaining financial controls.Conducting sales and revenue analysis and preparing cash flow forecasts.Submitting VAT returns and performing bank reconciliations.Preparing payroll data and year-end accounting files.Line managing an account assistant and providing cover when needed.Supporting ad-hoc finance tasks as required.The PersonWe’re looking for a qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with strong post-qualification experience and amercial mindset. You’ll need:Experience with SAGE and strong IT literacy.A solid understanding of howmercial businesses operate.Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Excellentmunication skills and a collaborative attitude.Confidence to work closely with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making.The PackageSalary up to £65,000 25 days holiday Workplace pension Flexible working after probationIf you’re a qualified accountant looking for a role where you can make a real impact and work closely with leadership in a growing business, we’d love to hear from you.
