Job Title: Project Manager – Local Area Energy PlanLocation: Warwickshire (Flexible / Hybrid)Salary: £400–£520 per day (Inside IR35)Contract Type: Temporary (until 31/03/2026)Hours: Full time, 37 hours per weekAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager to lead the delivery of a Local Area Energy Plan for Warwickshire. This is a pivotal role, requiring a blend of technical knowledge, stakeholder engagement, and leadership to ensure the successful planning, execution, and monitoring of the project. You will be at the forefront of shaping Warwickshire’s energy future, driving initiatives to support decarbonisation and sustainable energy solutions.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the full project lifecycle of the Local Area Energy Plan, ensuring milestones are met, budgets are adhered to, and objectives are delivered on time.Apply technical knowledge of energy systems, renewable technologies, and decarbonisation strategies to inform planning and decision-making.Engage and collaborate with stakeholders including local authorities, energy infrastructure companies, industry partners, and community groups to ensure alignment and progress.Analyse data on energy consumption, emissions, and potential savings to guide recommendations.Prepare clear, high-quality reports, briefings, and presentations for diverse audiences.Anticipate challenges and develop innovative solutions to keep the project on track.Lead and motivate a project team, fostering collaboration and accountability throughout the delivery process.About You:Experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in the energy sector.Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to communicate complex information effectively.Excellent technical knowledge of energy systems and decarbonisation strategies.Skilled in data analysis, financial assessment, and problem-solving.Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a team.Resilient under pressure, proactive, and able to work independently or collaboratively.About Us and Our Client:As a flexible employee of Pertemps Recruitment Partnership Ltd, you will be part of one of the UK’s leading independent recruitment agencies.
