Job Title: Social Worker – Older People Physical DisabilitiesLocation: Southwark London Borough CouncilRate: £32 per hour An exciting role has become available at the Southwark London Borough Council. They are looking for a skilled and experienced social worker to join their Older People Physical Disabilities team. What will your responsibilities be? In this role, you will be doing complex mental capacity work, including Court of Protection applications where indicated; and undertaking Safeguarding enquiries as well as assessments and unscheduled reviews under the Care Act 2014, and multi-disciplinary input to Continuing Health Care processes.
