A respected regional law firm is seeking a dynamic and experienced Solicitor at partner level to join their expanding Commercial Property team in their new city centre office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking, well-established firm with an outstanding reputation in the Midlands.Key Responsibilities:As a Partner, you will be responsible for handling a broad range of commercial property matters across multiple sectors. Your expertise will be crucial in providing high-quality legal services to a wide range of clients, including landlords, tenants, investors, and developers. Your primary responsibilities will include:Managing a varied caseload of commercial property transactions.Advising clients on landlord and tenant matters, including lease negotiations and renewals.Assisting with due diligence and contract negotiations.Managing client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and helping to grow and maintain the firm’s commercial property portfolio.Overseeing the work of junior solicitors and paralegals, providing guidance and mentorship.Working collaboratively with other departments within the firm to provide comprehensive legal services to clients.Developing business and identifying new opportunities in the Midlands and Birmingham market.Representing the firm in client meetings, negotiations, and at industry events.Key Requirements:Proven track record of success in commercial property law at a senior level.UK qualified – having gained experience within a well respected property team.Extensive experience in commercial property transactions across a variety of sectors.Strong understanding of the Midlands and Birmingham property market.Demonstrable experience in managing and developing client relationships.Ability to lead and inspire a team, with strong mentoring and leadership skills.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Highly organised and able to manage multiple complex transactions simultaneously.Established network of contacts in the commercial property sector would be a distinct advantage.This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Solicitor at partner level to join a rapidly growing firm with a focus on the commercial property sector.
