We’re looking for a motivated candidate toplement our Supply Chain Chief of Staff team and closely collaborate with the management of the function.Location: London Hybrid Daily Rate: Flexible Rate Contract Length: Until June 2026 Start Date: ASAP Key Responsibilities:Collaborate closely and directly with the Head of Supply Chain and the Supply Chain Management Forum to createpelling narratives and strategic storylines for high-impact senior management presentations.Take full ownership of the input-gathering process for strategic presentations, coordinating collection with key stakeholders across the organisation, validating and synthesising data and insights ensuring accuracy, relevance and tailoring the content to the intended audience.Perform ad-hoc deep-dive analyses to identify trends, uncover actionable insights and support executive decision-making on key supply chain topics. This could include, but is not limited to, the development of Excel-based models and dashboards to performmercial analyses, analysis of supplier performance.Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly, and two days are the same—bringing agility, curiosity, and a proactive mindset to tackle evolving challenges and opportunities.Key Requirements:Your teamYou will report to the Supply Chain Chief of Staff. The team is part of the Performance Measurement team, itself part of the Supply Chain organisation, a function in Group Real Estate and Supply Chain (GRESC). The Supply Chain was created to enhance value identification and delivery within GRESC, supporting the Client with its third-party vendor management as well as with its Real Estate and Outsourcing footprint.Your expertiseAttention to detail and strong organisational skills to manage multiple inputs and deadlines.Strongmunicator, capable of preparing clear, concise materials and translatingplex information intopelling and impactful narratives.Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including partnering with senior leadershipExperience in gathering and interpreting data to support decision-makingTrusted to handle confidential information, demonstrating integrity and sound judgementAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) and experience in developing executive-level presentations with clear storylines and impactful visualsPrevious experience related to our knowledge of Supply Chain processes is not a must.Previous experience in consulting is advantageous.Additional InformationInterview Process: 2 RoundsHow to Apply:If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
