As a leader in the industry, they are a supportive and dynamic work environment that encourages professional growth and development.Your new roleAs an Audit Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing a significant number of audit jobs. Your primary objective will be to ensure deadlines are met and all activities arepliant with relevant regulations. You will play a pivotal role inpleting audits before passing them to the Manager for review.Key responsibilities include - Producingprehensive audit planning memorandaAllocating sections to junior staffAddressing queries throughout the audit processMonitoring job progress and budgets, and providing guidance and supervision to more junior team members. Additionally, you will be responsible for signing off on audit sectionsWhat you'll need to succeedACA or ACCA fully qualified with practice experience3+ years of auditing experienceProficiency in audit planning andpletionStrongputer skills, including familiarity with Sage, Excel, Word, and ideally CaseWare (accounts and audit) and tax softwarePrevious experience in supervising and mentoring junior staffUp-to-date technical knowledge of accounting standards, including recent developmentsExcellentmunication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to interact effectively in diverse environmentsExceptional organisational abilities to handle a variety of tasksClient-focused mindset andmercial awarenessStrong team-building and problem-solving skillsAbility to work well under pressureWhat you'll get in returnGenuine work-life balanceProgression Opportunities Supportive management structure to foster your professional growth and potentialGenerous holiday entitlement of 33 days, including bank holidays, with the option to purchase up to 5 additional daysUp to £47k salary
