The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to students with special educational needs, ensuring that they have equal access to the curriculum and are able to achieve their full potential.The ideal candidate should have previous experience working with students with special educational needs, a relevant qualification in education or special educational needs, excellentmunication and interpersonal skills, apassionate and patient approach to working with children, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.Your new role Providing one-to-one support to students with special educational needsAssisting with the development and implementation of EHCPsSupporting small groupsEncouraging students to develop their social skills and independenceLiaising with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure that students receive the appropriate supportMaintaining accurate records of student progress and providing regular feedback to teachers and parentsWhat you'll need to succeed Previous experience working with students with special educational needs, or desire to do so A relevant qualification in education or special educational needs, or qualified by experience Excellentmunication and interpersonal skillsApassionate and patient approach to working with childrenThe ability to work effectively as part of a teamWhat you'll get in return You will have the opportunity to work in a high-achieving school, within a strong staff team.
