Are you looking for a **meaningful role** where you can put your interpersonal skills to good use?

We are working with a number of schools in the local area who are looking for Teaching Assistants to support their students with additional needs. This is across Primary, Secondary and College settings.

You will need to be resilient, committed and enthusiastic about help young people develop within their learning. Experience does not have to be all within a school setting however some experience working with children or adults with additional needs is desirable.

**What is the role?**
- Working with students in a 1:1 capacity or small groups and helping with their learning
- Working with the class teacher to report progress
- Support with behaviour management within the class
- Work alongside the class teacher to ensure a positive learning environment.
