Our agency is recruiting on behalf of a trauma-informed school with attached alternative provision, offering bespoke academic and therapeutic support for students with SEN, SEMH needs, or disrupted education. About the Role: As part of our dedicated team, you will deliver high-quality, inclusive teaching tailored to each student’s individual needs. You will support learners who may be reluctant, vulnerable, or have experienced educational disruption, using creative, engaging, and trauma-informed strategies to build confidence, trust, and motivation.
