Milk Education is partnering with this SEND provision to recruit an Autism Classroom Support Assistant to join their dedicated team. About the school… It is a purpose-built SEND school serving children aged 4 to 18. Their students often have complex and multiple learning disabilities, speech, language & communication needs, and physical or sensory requirements. They are committed to overcoming barriers to progress through: Specialist, skilled teaching and a well-resourced curriculum Strong multi-agency collaboration and partnership with parents/carers Focusing on communication — staff build trusting relationships that help learners express thoughts, ideas, and feelings with confidence Working at this school means being part of a community where every child matters and staff have the chance to contribute meaningfully to each pupil’s journey. Role: Autism Classroom Support Assistant In this role, you will work closely with the Class Teacher and the wider team to support pupils’ learning, wellbeing, and day-to-day needs.
