Job Title: Qualified Social Worker – Adult Assessment TeamLocation: LancashireRate: £33-£35 per hour. An exciting job role has recently become available in Lancashire . We are looking for a new member for their Adult Assessment Team. What will your responsibilities be? You will take personal responsibility for continuing professional development and maintaining performance levels. You will manage your time effectively and respond flexibly to service needs. You will provide support and cover for the Team Manager and/or Principal Manager. You will actively participate in the performance management system, including supervision, PAR, team meetings, and service reviews. You will follow departmental health and safety procedures. You will develop skills through work experience in various divisional situations, such as secondments, job rotation, and shadowing. You will contribute to information management processes. You will support social work students on placement under the direction of the Principal or Practice Manager, acting as a workplace supervisor or Practice Teacher if appropriately trained. You will need to understand and integrate into practice the key policies of the council in relation to social care with adults, especially multi-disciplinary working, integration, and whole family approaches.
