Your role in the team As their new Science teacher, you’ll: Teach engaging lessons across KS3–KS4, with opportunities for KS5 depending on your experience. Plan sequences of learning that nurture curiosity, deepen understanding, and build confidence. Make practical science a core part of the day through experiments, investigations and real-world application. Use data thoughtfully to track progress and guide students forward. Build strong relationships that help learners feel safe to try, question, and explore. Play an active role in the wider school community including clubs, trips, competitions and enrichment activities.
