Job Description Job Title:Contracts ManagerLocation:ShropshireSalary/Package:Up to £90,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus Scheme + Pension + Generous Holiday AllowanceThe ContractsManager Role:A respected new-build housing developer in Shropshire is looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of 3-4 live housing sites across the region. This is a key role within the construction team, ensuring that schemes are delivered to programme, budget and quality standards while maintaining strong relationships with site teams and subcontractors.The successful candidate will take ownership of multiple developments, supporting Site Managers, driving performance, resolving issues on site and ensuring compliance with health and safety and company procedures.To Be Considered for the ContractsManager Position: Experience working as a Contracts Manager or Project Manager within new-build housingStrong understanding of construction programmes, budgets and contract managementStrong leadership skills with the ability to support, guide and motivate site teamsGood communication and stakeholder management skillsSolid knowledge of health and safety requirements and construction best practiceRelevant qualifications (Degree, HNC/HND or equivalent) are advantageousCSCS, SMSTS and First Aid qualifications are desirableExperience working on volume housing developments is beneficial Why Apply for the Role of ContractsManager?
