Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist with experience in Stroke/Neuro rehabilitation for a Band 6/7 position in Warwickshire. As an integral part of the healthcare team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of individuals recovering from stroke and neurological conditions. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify their specific needs and goals. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, considering the unique challenges posed by stroke and neuro conditions. Provide evidence-based interventions and therapeutic activities to promote independence and improve daily functioning. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to patient care. Regularly evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and changing needs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with professional and regulatory standards. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy. Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Proven experience in Stroke/Neuro rehabilitation at Band 6/7 level. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Why Pulse?
