Participating in multidisciplinary meetings and contributing to care planning. Requirements: Degree in Occupational Therapy and HCPC registration. Experience as a Band 6 Occupational Therapist in community settings. Strong assessment, communication, and intervention skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
