What You’ll Be Doing: Providing one-to-one support to a pupil during lessons, breaktimes, and transitions throughout the school day.Helping to create a calm, encouraging and safe learning environment where your pupil can flourish.Working closely with the class teacher and SENCo to adapt learning tasks and ensure the pupil’s individual needs are met.Using your creativity and emotional intelligence to turn everyday moments into joyful learning experiences.Celebrating every achievement — big or small — because you’ll be part of their journey.
