They are dedicated to providing high-quality products and exceptional service to their customers,Job DescriptionManage and nurture relationships with key accounts within the UK retail and Gift sector.Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and maximise revenue.Identify new business opportunities and increase sales revenue by upselling and using your creativityCollaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and effective service delivery.Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.Attend trade shows and events to promote products and strengthen client relationships.Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure long-term partnerships.The Successful ApplicantA successful TOYS - Account Manager - UK Retail & Gift Sector will have:Proven experience in Sales or Account Management within FMCG/Consumer Goods/ToysExperience negotiating and presenting with clear communicationA proactive and results-oriented approach to achieving targets.Proficient in MS Excel, Powerpoint, CRM Systems (ACT CRM is a huge advantage)You must be intuitive and work well independently as well as within a teamAbility to build and maintain strong client relationships.Strong organisational and time management skills.MUST BE COMMUTABLE TO EAST MOLESELY 5 x DAYS PER WEEK (non-negotiable)What's on OfferFor the successful candidate, on offer we will have:Competitive salary circa £35-40k10-15% bonus: Attractive commission structure to reward high performance.Permanent positionBe part of a collaborative and supportive team environment.Opportunity to work with a well-respected, premium company within the Toy industry.If you are a skilled Account Manager looking for an exciting opportunity in East Molesey, we encourage you to apply today2 Stage Interview Process, apply today
