Duties: Assisting in the preparation of tenders, and project documentation. Coordinating project requirements with procurement and admin staff. Providing AutoCAD drawings and technical schedules as required Providing prompt response to customers and consultants enquiries. Attending pre-tender site surveys/meetings with project managers as required Assist in on-site system commissioning/operator trainingRequirements:Have experience with the technical infrastructure and equipment of modern performance venues including lighting and AV systemsAre proficient in the use of MS 365 including SharePoint.Basic proficiency in AutoCAD.Have good organisational/prioritising abilities to meet deadlinesHave excellent verbal and written communication skillsOur project work is international so an ability to travel whilst legally residing in the UK is required (Majority of worked will be UK based).DesirableHave experience in REVIT/BIMBasic IT/Network configuration knowledgeHave manufacturer certified training in programming of industry specific solutions such as ETC Echo, ETC Paradigm, QSYS, Crestron, AMX etcAVIXA CTS-D / CTS-I
