We serve young people from underserved communities across London — and we're building an elite-standard environment, both on and off the pitch.Our media department is growing fast, but to scale it properly and sustainably, we need people who are consistent, creative, and aligned with our mission.Your Weekly Commitment (Required)Monday Training: 7:30 PM – 10:00 PM at Kings House Sports Ground (Chiswick, W4)Saturday Match Days: Home or away (locations vary, typically afternoons)Thursday Media Team Zoom: 7:00 PM (remote, creative planning & review)What You'll Be DoingCapture high-quality photographs at training sessions, matches, and behind-the-scenes momentsTake action shots, portraits, team photos, and community features that bring the Casual Ballerz story to lifeContribute to content planning and creative direction in media meetingsWork closely with videographers, editors, and leadership to ensure consistent visual storytellingEdit and deliver photos weekly for social media and website useHelp build a visual archive of the club’s growth, energy, and community impactWhat We’re Looking ForYou might be:A university student or early-career photographer building your sports or documentary portfolioA hobbyist ready to take your work to a more consistent and meaningful levelA professional creative looking to give back and build something powerful with purposeMust-Have Qualities:Consistency – we need people who commit and show up every weekA strong eye for composition, action, and emotionExperience shooting in natural/outdoor light with either DSLR or smartphonePositive, team-oriented attitude and ability to work independentlyAbility to manage files, edit photos, and deliver on scheduleAlignment with our values of excellence, equity, and accountabilityBonus Points For:Your own DSLR or high-end smartphone camera setupBasic editing experience (Lightroom, Snapseed, Photoshop, etc.)Interest in storytelling, photojournalism, or brandingPrevious sports photography experience (grassroots or professional)What You’ll GainA consistent creative outlet and platform to grow your portfolioThe opportunity to shape a visual identity for a grassroots movementCollaboration with a passionate team of media creators and mentorsContent credits, exposure, and long-term potential for paid freelance or in-house rolesA chance to support underserved young people through your lens
