Your new role Working as part of a growing and collaborative finance team, you will play a pivotal role in the accurate and timely processing of a high volume payroll.Collating, processing and updating payroll and timesheet spreadsheetsWorking with the Operations team to ensure all timesheet information is correct and resolving discrepanciesLiaise with group payroll to ensure all information is processed correctlyRespond to and resolve employee payroll queriesCheck and process employee expensesChecking monthly payroll in preparation for paymentPayroll analysis and reportingWhat you'll need to succeed Payroll administration experience is essential with an understanding of current payroll legislation Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables will be keyExcellent attention to detail will be essential, along with the ability to work with large volumes of dataStrong verbal and writtenmunication skillsWhat you'll get in return Generous benefits include 25 days holidays + bank holidays (option to buy additional), pension scheme, life assurance, enhanced maternity/paternity leave
