As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in supporting customers manage stocks and shares investment, pension investments and savings accounts. To do this, you will be provided with a thorough training programme of 6 weeks, and ongoing support afterwards. Your responsibilities will include: Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their investment shares and account details. Assist customers with logging into their accounts and managing their investment portfolios. Resolve any issues or concerns customers may have, including transaction discrepancies and account access problems. Ensure all customer interactions comply with banking regulations and security protocols to protect sensitive information. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions and prepare reports as needed for internal review and compliance purposes. Key Skills: To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience: Experience working in customer services, managing a high volume of calls. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Able to handle complex information and work to a high level of detail.
