The Role
This is a stand out opportunity for a Real Estate Associate to join this Magic Circle law firm in London.
Within this role you will be involved in;

the drafting, negotiation and analysis of both direct real estate and corporate real estate transaction documentation (including share purchase agreements), joint venture documentation, development work; landlord/tenant documentation; providing real estate advice and input on Finance and Corporate support matters including reviewing certificates of title and providing real estate specific input on SPAs and loan documents.

Requirements

Be an outstanding lawyer with 1-5 years PQE. Good organisational skills and enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work. Excellent client relationship skills and desire to carry out business development.
