Real Estate - Associate - 2 to 6 years PQE - London - Salary up to £180,000
As an Associate in this dynamic real estate practice, you will play a key role in handling commercial property transactions and providing strategic legal advice to clients.
The role requires a strong foundation in UK real estate law and an understanding of London's property market.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate various real estate documents, including leases, sale and purchase agreements, and certificates of title, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Provide strategic and commercial advice on real estate matters.
- Conduct due diligence and assess legal risks to protect client interests.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and delivering tailored legal solutions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive legal services.
Key Skills and Experience
- 2 - 6 years PQE with relevant real estate experience from a leading firm.
- Ambitious, commercially minded, and technically proficient.
- Strong legal drafting and negotiation skills.
- Excellent academics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
