Showroom based, meet and greet customers To report to the General Sales Manager, you will be coordinating the daily activities of the Sales Executives To provide support, coaching and assistance to maximise sales volume and profitability being primarily responsible for achieving both chassis and F&I KPI's To be experienced with all aspects of the F&I functions in order to maximise sales profitability To oversee the enquiry management process To promote at all times the professional image of the dealership and ensure that customer satisfaction standards are maintained To maintain accurate and up to date records for vehicle sales and finance transactions to facilitate regular reviews of performance against targets. To be involved in vehicle part-exchange appraisals / valuations, controlling and sales dealsAbout You
2-3 years experience of working as either Sales Controller, Business Manager or Transaction Manager is ideal To have a good working knowledge of Kerridge or an alternative DO training will be given to build on your existing knowledge of systems and to comply with FSA regulations To be self-motivated and have a strong desire to succeed. To have a positive, customer focused attitude and approach to your work Proven experience with strong exposure in selling, finance, invoicing, managing accounts, staff management and administrative duties. To have a valid driving licencePackage
Basic: £25,000 OTE £50,000 uncapped
Hours: Monday to Saturday 8.30am to 6pm, One late till 9pm either a Tuesday or Thursday, day off in week and no Sundays
