Key Responsibilities: Provide expert advice and guidance on a wide range of tax matters, including Corporate Tax, M&A, Tax Structuring and high level Tax advisory services. Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and develop tailored tax strategies that align with their objectives. Support clients in navigating tax considerations during mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions. Mentor and develop junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to foster growth and development. Requirements: A strong background in tax having worked in either Practice or in-house tax teams with a proven track record within Corporate Tax Advisory. In-depth knowledge of tax legislation and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
