Sub Agent

Your newpany Operating both in the UK and across the world, they are a leading contractor delivering projects across multiple sectors including; real estate, defence, education, highways, rail and water.Your new role Working on the largest highways project in the region involving a new 10 mile dual 2-lane carriageway, we are looking for a Sub Agent to join the project team.In this role, you will oversee a range of activities within your section, ensuring that all works are planned, programmed, delivered, and handed over with a “right first time” approach. While you will be supported by an Agent and other team members, you are expected to take full ownership of the detailed planning, execution, andpletion of your section.Key Duties:Foster a positive and productive working environment for your teamConduct temporary works inspectionsReview design documents and raise technical queries with design teamsDevelop and maintain a 3-month lookahead aligned with the contract programmeEnsure accurate site records are maintained andmunicate any changesManage timely and accurate requisitions for plant and materialsEnsure quality records are properly captured and storedGenerate and close out Non-Conformance RecordsSet and uphold high standards for health, safety, and environmental managementIdentify and implement carbon reduction opportunities within your sectionWhat you'll need to succeed Degree or HND in Civil Engineering or a related disciplineStrong written and verbalmunication skillsSolid understanding of engineering principles and construction methodologiesProficient in digital tools (MS Office, document control systems, site digital tools)Formal training in Health & Safety and Environmental management (, SMSTS)Valid CSCS Card
