If you’re an experienced Ingredients Buyer who thrives on ownership, influence, and working close to the heart of food manufacturing, this opportunity could be a standout next step for you.You’d be joining a food group with a long heritage and a strong reputation for quality, but one that’s also investing in innovation, sustainability, and smarter category management. This isn’t a “back office” buying role-your decisions will directly shape category strategy, safeguard supply, and influence how millions of consumers experience the products on shelves. You’ll work side-by-side with an experienced Commodity Manager, giving you both support and the autonomy to lead your own negotiations, take charge of supplier relationships, and identify new sourcing opportunities. If you enjoy blending market intelligence with commercial decision-making-spotting trends, interpreting commodity movements, and using that insight to drive value-this role will keep you intellectually and commercially challenged. The environment is fast-moving but collaborative; you’ll be part of a team that values expertise, continuous improvement, and proactive thinking. With hybrid working (four days office, one day remote), you’ll have the structure to stay close to the operation while still maintaining flexibility.
