With a strong pipeline of projects and amitment to excellence, they are expanding theirmercial team and seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to drive cost efficiency andmercial success across our operations.Your new roleAs a Mechanical & Electrical Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing project costs from tender handover through to final account. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for:Preparing buying schedules and cash flow forecastsProcuring and managing subcontract packagesSubmitting accurate client applications and managing variationsOverseeing subcontractor valuations and final accountsAttending project meetings and managing correspondenceSupporting value engineering and claims processesEnsuringpliance with health & safety and QA standardsMaintaining financial accuracy using COINS softwareThis is a dynamic role offering exposure to high-value projects and the opportunity to make a tangible impact onmercial oues.What you’ll need to succeedA degree in Quantity Surveying (RICS-accredited)Minimum 3 years’ experience in amercial or QS roleStrong knowledge of British Standards anderning regulationsAdvanced IT skills including Excel, Word, and COINSExcellentmunication, organisational, and negotiation skillsA full UK driving licenceProfessional conduct and a proactive mindsetTraining will be provided in key areas, including contracts, estimation, and mechanical/electrical awareness to support your development.What you’ll get in return5% pension contribution 25 days holiday + bankOpportunity to work on diverse M&E projectsSupportive team environment with career progressionExposure to industry-leading systems and practicesReady to take the next step?If you’re amercially astute Quantity Surveyor with a passion for mechanical and electrical engineering, we’d love to hear from you.
