We’re searching for an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a committed SEND School in Wolverhampton. You’ll work with both primary and secondary pupils, supporting a wide range of communication needs, sensory profiles and learning styles. About the role • Providing targeted 1:1 and small-group support across different age groups • Adapting learning tasks and resources to meet individual needs • Supporting social communication, emotional regulation and life skills development • Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists and specialist staff • Helping to maintain a calm, predictable and engaging learning environment About the school A specialist setting for children and young people with Autism Spectrum Conditions and additional needs • A nurturing, structured environment focused on individual progress and wellbeing • Highly skilled team offering excellent guidance, training and continuous professional development • A values-led community where every child’s voice is celebrated Requirements To be considered for the role of Level 3 Teaching Assistant you will: A qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant with strong SEND experienceConfident supporting autistic learners with varied and complex needsSkilled at building trusting relationships and promoting independenceAble to provide references and hold/obtain an enhanced DBS & Right to Work in the UK Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications.
