Your newpany We’re seeking an experienced housing professional for a temporary Head of Housing role starting in January, initially for January and February. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a dedicated team and ensure the delivery of high-quality housing services during a key period.Your new role As Head of Housing, you will provide strong leadership to the Housing Team, ensuringpliance with legislation and regulatory requirements while delivering excellent housing, factoring, and welfare services. You’ll work closely with senior management to achieve strategic objectives and drive continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the Housing Team to deliver high-quality housing and maintenance servicesEnsurepliance with Scottish Housing Regulator requirements and good practiceOversee ie management, arrears recovery, and customer satisfaction initiativesDevelop policies and procedures to support efficient housing operationsEngage with stakeholders and support customer participationWhat you'll need to succeed Minimum 5 years’ housing management experienceStrong leadership and team management skillsKnowledge of Scottish Housing legislation and regulatory frameworksExcellentmunication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilitiesThis is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic individual who can hit the ground running and provide stability and leadership during this interim period.What you'll get in return Duration: Initially January–FebruaryInterviews: Scheduled for 7th JanuaryLocation: GlasgowContract Type: TemporaryPay: EVH Grade 9
