This is an exciting opportunity to join their Payroll team and play a key role in delivering accurate, timely pay to thousands of colleagues across the business.The Role As a Payroll Administrator, you'll collaborate with a wide range of teams and skill sets, contributing to the smooth running of in-house payroll operations for colleagues across the UK and Ireland.Your day-to-day will include:Managing in-house payroll deliverySupporting the payroll team in producing accurate, timely payrollsMonitoring deadlines and escalating risks to the Payroll ManagerEnsuring all payroll processes and policies are followed carefully and consistentlyProviding cover for the Payroll Manager, including payroll sign-off and other key responsibilitiesChampioning continuous improvement and innovation within the payroll teamWhat You'll Bring This opportunity is perfect for someone who's passionate about people, detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership in a fast-moving global business.
