Advert Job role: Student Mentor – Learning & Engagement Salary: FMAT Band C Point 1, £25,370.00 p.a. Actual pro rata salary: £20,596.94 p.a. for 35 hours Hours: 35 hours per week Monday – Friday: 8.00am – 4.00pm  (1 hour unpaid lunch break each day) Term Time only plus 2 training days Contract Status: Permanent Contract Start Date: February 2026 Closing date: Friday 31st December 2025 Interviews: w/c 19th January 2026 We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Student Mentor to support students in achieving their academic and personal potential. The successful candidate will work closely with students who require additional support to engage with learning, develop confidence, and build positive relationships.
