Job Advertisement: Lunch Cover Assistant (SEND School) Location: Sutton Hours: 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM (Monday to Friday) Starting rate: £13.69 per hour PAYE Start Date: ASAP We are looking for a reliable and caring Lunch Cover Assistant to join our dedicated team at a SEND school in Sutton. This role involves supporting SEND students during lunchtime hours. Flexibility to work with students across various age groups is essential. Key Responsibilities: •Supervise and support students during lunch breaks, ensuring a safe and positive environment. • Assist students providing appropriate guidance and encouragement. • Promote social interaction and inclusion among students during lunch and recreational activities. • Implement behaviour management strategies as needed to maintain a calm and supportive atmosphere. • Work flexibly with different age groups, adapting to their unique needs.
