They are committed to delivering excellence in their operations and fostering a professional work environment.Job DescriptionOversee financial planning and analysis to support strategic decision-making.Prepare and review financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to align with company goals.Analyse financial data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.Ensure compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial operations.Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement.Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team.The Successful ApplicantA successful Corporate Finance Manager should have:A strong background in accounting and finance, preferably within the Energy & Natural Resources industry.Professional qualifications in accounting or finance (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.Proficiency in financial management systems and tools.Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.Proven ability to manage and lead teams effectively.What's on Offer27 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays.A generous pension scheme with contributions up to 15%.Full-time role with 38 hours per week and flexible working arrangements (2-3 days in the office).Opportunity to work in the Energy & Natural Resources industry in Havant.
