1to1 Group are recruiting for a Process and Automation Coordinator for one of our clients in Winchester. The successful candidate will be proactive and a technically proficient individual to coordinate internal process development and automation initiatives. You will act as a key liaison between internal teams and external IT providers, ensuring that technical implementations align with business needs.   Role Details: ·£35,000 per annum. ·Winchester. ·Permanent. ·Full-time (34.5 hours per week) ·9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday, with one-hour lunch break. 9.00am to 4.00pm Friday, with 30 minutes’ lunch break.   Role Responsibilities: ·Map, design, and document efficient workflows using Microsoft tools and SaaS platform. ·Work closely with the website designer to develop and optimise the company website and portal, enhancing customer experience through self-service options. ·Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements across departments. ·Collaborate with external IT provider to implement technical solutions. ·Translate business requirements into clear briefs for the IT provider and ensure timely delivery and functionality. ·Train staff on new processes, systems, and workflows. ·Take on the co-ordination on company-wide automation and digital transformation projects. ·Coordinate project milestones, track progress, user acceptance testing and report updates to leadership. ·Ensure adoption and adherence to new processes across teams.   Role Requirements: ·Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams). ·Strong working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Forms, Power Automate, Power BI, Qube Property Management software, and other SaaS platforms. ·Excellent process mapping and documentation skills (e.g., using tools like Visio). ·Confident communicator with the ability to train and support staff at all levels. ·Strong organisational and project management skills. ·Able to act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders. ·Experience in leading or supporting digital transformation projects. ·Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms and automation tools.   Benefits: ·26 days of annual leave + bank holidays. ·Free parking on site. ·Workplace Pension Scheme ·Hybrid working ·Free Tea & Coffee facilities ·Discretionary Bonus ·Relaxed dress code     As an equal opportunity’s employer, 1to1 Group is committed to the equal treatment of all current and prospective employees and does not condone discrimination on the basis of age, disability, sex, sexual orientation, pregnancy and maternity, race or ethnicity, religion or belief, gender identity, or marriage and civil partnership.
