They are committed to delivering impactful services to their community and maintaining strong financial governance.Job DescriptionTo take responsibility for the quality and accuracy of budget packs, to inform quarterly forecasting and budget review meetings.Provide insightful financial analysis to support organisational strategy.Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports for senior leadership.Collaborate with department heads to optimise financial performance.To lead on budgeting and forecastingTo line-manage the members of the Finance team (4-5 direct reports)The Successful ApplicantA successful Head of FP&A should have:Professional qualifications in accounting or finance - ideally ACAIdeally, from an audit backgroundProven experience in financial planning and analysis within a commercial settingExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to communicate complex financial information clearlyLine management experienceWhat's on OfferDaily rate of GBP £600-750 depending on experience.Hybrid working - 3 days on site in KentStrong opportunity for temp to perm contractTemporary position with a potential pathway to Finance Director
