Operating as part of a well-established and highly-performing team based in Leeds, the finance business partner will be expected to proactively build and establish strong relationships with stakeholders of all seniority.Job DescriptionIn this Finance Business Partner position, you'll be expected to:Partner with divisional leaders to deliver financial insights and recommendations that inform strategic and operational decisionsCollaborate with stakeholders to understand key revenue drivers and identify opportunities for sustainable growthLead budgeting and forecasting processes, contributing to annual plans, reforecasts, and long-term business planningPrepare monthly management reports, including variance analysis and commentary for senior leadershipBuild and maintain robust financial models to evaluate strategic initiatives and investment opportunitiesConduct in-depth analysis of business performance, identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunitiesWork with teams to define, monitor, and report on key performance indicatorsSupport continuous improvement by developing action plans that enhance profitability, efficiency, and commercial performanceThe Successful ApplicantWe're looking for:Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)Demonstrable experience in a Commercial Finance/FP&A environmentStrong commercial acumen with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholdersA data-focused and analytical mindset, with financial modelling and Excel/Google Sheets skillsAblility to both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills and the ability to present financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholdersWhat's on OfferA competitive salary ranging from £55,000 to £65,000 per annumComprehensive benefits package (details to be confirmed)Opportunities for professional growth within the businessA collaborative and supportive working environment in LeedsThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Commercial Analyst to join a respected organisation within the FMCG industry.
