My client is a prominent player in the industry, and prides themselves on providing top quality training and nurturing a great company cultureJob DescriptionProcess invoices and payment requests for approval ensuring that the authorisation process is followed in accordance with specific deadlinesPost overhead and disbursement invoices to the accounting system and practice management systemsProcess bank and BACS payments to suppliers and send remittance advicesInput bank payment entries into and match them with corresponding invoices to ensure accurate financial recordsBank reconciliationReconciliation of supplier accountsManage shared mailbox for supplier invoicing queries,The Successful ApplicantA successful Accounts Payable Coordinator should have:Previous experience in end to end Accounts Payable role is advantageousProficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.An ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.Excellent communication skills for liaising with vendors and internal teams.A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.What's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from £28,000 to £32,000 per annum.3 days onsite /2 days at home hybrid working model for enhanced work-life balance.Up to 5% bonusOpportunity to work within a supportive and collaborative teamPermanent position offering stability and growth opportunities.If you are looking to advance your career in the Professional Services industry as an Accounts Payable Coordinator, apply below
