Great culture - strong focus on charitable work, along with an emphasis on employee well-being.Encouragement of professional progressionContinuous inflow of new client leads and referralsThe business is looking for Financial Advisors who are minimum level 4 qualified and have advisory experience with a background of paraplanning, trainee advisory roles or perhaps a movement from mortgage advise.The business has a strong, collaborative approach and you are encouraged to build internal stakeholder relationships whilst having a mindset and pro-active approach to building external relationships and winning new business.
