Responsibilities include:Overseeing daily operations across Amazon, Shopify, TikTok and eBay, ensuring accurate listings, pricing, stock levels and platform compliance.Managing fulfilment, returns and customer issues.Monitoring sales, profitability and channel growth, using performance reports to drive improvements and maintain strong stock accuracy and forecasting.Owning the customer experience by overseeing customer service performance, improving the online journey, reducing checkout abandonment and maintaining excellent marketplace account health.Managing digital marketing partners across paid ads, social and email marketing.Keeping campaigns, website visuals and promotions up to date.Supporting product and category growth through new product ideas and catalogue optimisation, ensuring consistent content, branding and pricing across all channels.What we are looking for:Proven experience managing eCommerce channels, with strong Amazon knowledge and confidence using Seller Central.You will have run small teams before, developed individuals, and ensured smooth day-to-day operations.Comfortable analysing performance data, optimising stock, forecasting, and making commercial decisions.You should know online merchandising, fulfilment workflows, and marketplace compliance inside out, and have experience overseeing digital marketing - including paid ads, social media and email campaigns.Highly organised with excellent communication, commercial awareness, and a proactive mindset, you will thrive in a fast-moving environment.
