As a medium-sized company, it offers opportunities to work on impactful projects and contribute to its continued success.Job DescriptionDevelop, implement, and maintain quality management systems to align with industry standards.Proficient in all things AS9100Hands on approach and very involved in all the systemsOversee internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and certifications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues effectively.Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.Monitor and report on key quality metrics to senior management.Provide training and guidance to staff on quality systems and processes.Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of quality-related activities.Work closely with suppliers to maintain quality standards across the supply chain.The Successful ApplicantA successful Quality Systems Manager should have:Proven experience in managing quality systems within the industrial or manufacturing industry.Proficient in all things AS9100Strong knowledge of quality standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.Expertise in conducting audits and implementing quality assurance processes.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.A relevant degree or professional qualification in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.What's on Offer£65,000 per annum.Comprehensive benefits package.Opportunity to work within a respected industrial and manufacturing organisation.Supportive and professional working environment.If you are a dedicated Quality Systems Manager seeking an exciting opportunity in the industrial and manufacturing sector, apply today to take the next step in your career.
