Job description Ever built a deal that made a CFO breathe easier?We're looking for someone who can do exactly that - someone who knows how to structure solutions that don't just tick the compliance box, but genuinely change the risk conversation inside a corporate boardroom.This isn't insurance-as-usual. This is about parametrics, captives, structured risk, multi-year/multi-line and cleverways to transfer risk when the traditional tools don't fit.We're building something here which is already making a big impact on the London market and your structuring mind is going to be crucial in shaping it. The RoleYou'll be joining our London team at the early phase of its life - part of a wider cross-border operation across Europe.You'll collaborate closely with underwriters, brokers, risk managers, and internal stakeholders to originate and execute non-traditional risk transfer solutions.You'll be at the heart of building our ART presence in the UK market - owning deals, leading multidisciplinary teams, and working across underwriting, legal, finance, and distribution.This business are a globally recognised player in the corporate insurance space, known for their first class professionalism, technical skill and track record in navigating complex insurance for some of the worlds best known brands.Following a global restructuring exercise, they have assembled a brilliant team to take their alternative risk offering to the next level and give any joining a platform for huge growth and success.What You'll Be DoingStructuring and executing tailored ART deals across sectors and industriesBuilding trusted relationships with brokers and clients to position ART solutionsTaking deals from pipeline to signature with energy, creativity, and controlWorking cross-functionally with underwriting, legal, and finance teamsHelping define how we grow in a UK market that's hungry for alternativesWhat We're Looking ForYou need to be in the game already.
