Your newpany You’ll be joining a small, close-knit team that operates in a unique environment. This role is key to supporting operations and helping the business grow.Your new role As apliance and data administrator , you will play a vital role in managing day-to-day activities. Your responsibilities will include:Handling iing phone calls and acting as the first point of contact for clients and engineers.Scheduling engineers and coordinating appointments.Assisting in building and maintaining the CRM system.Supporting efforts to achieve additional industry accreditations.Working closely with engineers and liaising with clients to ensure smooth operations.What you'll need to succeed Proven experience in an administrative,pliance, or data management role.Strong IT skills, including Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams).Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with accuracy.Strong written and verbalmunication skills.Desirable CriteriaExperience supporting ISO 9001 or other management system frameworks.Knowledge of Health & Safetypliance and documentation.Familiarity with Power BI, data analysis, or CRM systems.Experience in the energy, engineering, or construction sector.What you'll get in return The opportunity to make a real impact in a growing business.A collaborative and supportive team environment.Exposure topliance processes and CRM development.Salary £30000Located Dromore/Hillsborough
