Job Title: Print Sales Support Salary: circa £18,000 pa Location: Glasgow Reference: J3301 Contact: Telephone: 0141 647 6688 Categories: , , , One of the leading providers of printed marketing materials in the city has an opening for a friendly, enthusiastic Print Admin Executive with an outgoing personality to fit in with the company’s growth, supporting staff within the account management team. Being able to multitask and learn quickly will be essential skills for this role as you will be responsible for working on numerous projects at once. This administrative role requires a highly proactive and organised individual to process orders; schedule deliveries; carry our general office tasks; deal with various suppliers; deal with customer enquiries, and process sales & purchase invoices. Communicating with people of all levels within the company, your interpersonal skills must be second to none. An excellent telephone manner and exemplary written skills, along with proficient IT Skills are key.
