Key Duties will Include:
Within the Family Safeguarding team, you will adopt a pioneering model of social work, involving multi-disciplinary teams. As a Senior Practitioner you will use your specialist knowledge to take lead on complex cases.
Support planning and safeguarding within statutory procedures and knowledge of relevant legal obligations. Manage an allocated caseload to provide specialist support. Make recommendations on improvements for the overall team and service.About You:
Frontline experience in a safeguarding team at senior level. Social work degree and Social Work England registered (SWE).
