With a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and teamwork, thepany values skilled professionals who contribute to maintaining secure and productive work environments.Your new roleAs a Traffic Marshall, you will play a key role in managing the safe movement of vehicles and deliveries on and around the construction site. Your responsibilities will include directing site traffic, banking vehicles and plant machinery, maintaining gate security, and ensuring pedestrian safety. You’ll also support general site operations, including labouring duties and assisting with stock movement. This is a full-time position offering apetitive rate from £16 per hour, with opportunities for long-term work on major civils projects.What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you must hold a valid Traffic Marshall/Banksman ticket and a CSCS Green Labourer Card. Previous experience in a similar role within civils or construction is essential, with a strong understanding of site safety protocols. You’ll need excellentmunication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
