Senior Project Manager - (FTC, 12 Months) Location: London (Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite) Contract: Fixed-Term (12 Months) Client: Global Specialty Insurer My client is hiring for a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a key transformation initiative within the Delegated Authority space for a global insurance firm. This 12-month contract role is critical to implementing technology that supports coverholder onboarding, bordereaux, and compliance processes. 🔍 Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex transformation projects across the Delegated Authority function.Define project scope, objectives, timelines and milestones in collaboration with stakeholders.Manage resource allocation and budget tracking.Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners including TPAs and fronting partners.Ensure project deliverables meet compliance, quality, and governance standards.Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.Foster strong stakeholder engagement and executive-level reporting. ✅ Required Experience: Strong track record of managing projects involving system implementation.Experience delivering technology solutions supporting bordereaux and coverholder management.Deep understanding of London Market insurance, with proven experience in Lloyd's and Delegated Authority frameworks.Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.Solid grasp of project methodologies including Agile, Waterfall and hybrid models.Familiarity with data privacy, compliance, and onboarding/due diligence processes. 💼 What's on Offer: Competitive salary + annual bonus eligibility25 days annual leave + public holidays10% non-contributory pensionPrivate medical and dental insuranceLife assurance, PHI & critical illness coverFlexible hybrid working environmentOngoing L&D and professional development support 📩 How to Apply: To explore this opportunity in confidence, please submit your CV or reach out for a confidential conversation.
